Q: How soon can I schedule an appointment?

Snapdocs requires that you book an appointment time at least 24 hours after the time you submit your order. This ensures our team has sufficient time to locate a qualified notary.

Q: What ID do I need?

You will need a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.

Q: What if I need to reschedule, cancel or change location?

Please contact the Snapdocs team via order comment. You will find the link in your confirmation email. If you have issues accessing the order, please contact twsupport@snapdocs.com.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
