DOCUMENT EXPLANATION and NOTARIZATION: I Will Provide Clients With a Brief Overview of the Document Types and Witness Signatures, Ensuring They Understand What They Are Signing. Additionally, I Will Provide Notarization Services As Needed.

RECORD KEEPING: Although Not Required in West Virginia, I Maintain a Thorough Notary Journal for Record-Keeping Purposes, Ensuring Compliance With Best Practices and Adding an Extra Layer of Security to the Transaction.

SCAN BACKS and NOTIFICATION: Upon Completion of the Signing, I Will Promptly Provide Scan Backs of All Signed Documents and Notify Your Company of the Successful Closing. If Necessary, I Will Ensure That Documents Are Delivered Overnight to Meet Deadlines, When Providing Mobile Services.
