I have 1 Million Biberk Errors and Omissions Insurance, dual tray printer, same day document drop off and scan backs completed within one hour of closing. I am confident in notarizing all kinds of documents and loan packages, including reverse mortgage, refinance, loan modifications, buyer or seller’s package, HELOC, cash deals, loan application, lack of probate, wills, power of attorney, advanced directives etc. Confidentiality, integrity and accuracy are my priorities.

I serve the entire King County area and within 100 miles from Seattle. Areas outside 100 miles, I can do with 48 hours notice.

I have been notarizing docs since 2018. I originally became a notary for my employer, like many others. Once I realized this is actually a business where I get to help my family and local community at the same time, I was so excited!
