I have 18 years of experience auditing community bank and credit union lending operations (including MERS operational audits), so I am very familiar with the various loan types and documents. I have an eye for details, and always triple-check the completeness of loan packets before scanning and courier drop-off. Aside from being a commissioned notary public and notary signing agent, I am also a Washington State licensed CPA; however, I *do not* provide legal, accounting, or tax advice in the course of providing any notarial services.
