With my training, I aim to have the client experience a professional and comfortable signing and to feel confident in the team as a whole. How? 1) By being Knowledgeable and Detail Oriented. Going over every document to ensure they are properly filled out, complete with signatures and/or initials and legible dates. Then triple checking key documents like the 1003 Loan Application and the Notice of Right to Cancel. 2) If the signer(s) have any questions, we will contact you. If a mistake is made, I will fix it ASAP, and 3) I will return the documents to you as soon as possible after the signing and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
