I travel with an Epson 600w scanner and scan from the table - Signed docs are in your hands within 20 minutes of final page signed! I also have a full mobile set up - last minute docs - no problem. I print from my vehicle & in the driveway! Commercial deals - Lots of experience. I also hunt for all the extra initials and signatures. Split Signings, Seller/Buyer Signings, POA signings, Trust signings.....Difficult signings - no problem. Signers become engaged and have fun! I have experience in ALL areas! I know all my FEDEX locations and will even drive an hour to get docs to an 8:30pm pickup location for overnight delivery.

As a Notary Loan Signing Agent, I guide the borrower through their loan documents including any and all docs that need to be completed, checking for full loan document completion multiple times. I understand the importance of accurately completing and checking crucial documents such as the 1003 and the notice of right to cancel. I complete all notarizations, stamps, initials and signatures. I travel with a scanner and know the hours of all my FedEx locations. I understand the importance of timing, meeting crucial deadlines, and not making any errors so the loan funds on time and rate lock deadlines are met.
