I am a commission Notary for the State of Virginia and an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent. I am available for evening and weekend notary services. As a Notary Signing Agent my job is to notarize the signature(s) on the loan documents. Maintaining the signer(s) privacy of any personal and confidential information is a top priority. I Will Follow All Instructions and will pay attention to the following details during the loan closing process.
I will not print documents double-sided and will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents.
I will arrive at appointments on time and will contact the signer if I am running late.
I will not rush or pressure the signer(s) to sign or provide legal advice.
I will ensure all documents are signed, dated and initialed where applicable.
I will notarize at the signing and will notarize only if I witness the signer signing the documents.
I will scan back documents as requested and will drop documents on time.
I adhere to the National Notary Association standard of conduct.
I have no problem working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
If there are any notarial questions, I will contact the NNA, adhere to all guidelines in the Virginia handbook for notaries and I will not post those questions on any social media sites. If the signer has questions concerning the documents that I don’t have the answer for I will ensure that I reach out to the appropriate contact per my instructions. If on a rare occasion I make a mistake, I will fix it promptly. I am confident that you will have a quality signing with me.

I am available 6:00 pm-8:00 pm Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm on Sunday. I service the following areas Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Portsmouth, Virginia. I am ready to provide the best closing service for you and your clients.
