I believe in quality over quantity. I'm not going to rush through a signing, because I don't overbook! I can get documents scanned back (when needed) and live less than 5 minutes from the FedEx distribution center. Which means I can get packages shipped back up until 800p M-F and until 5pm on Saturday!

I am a Certified Loan Signing System student which has given me the educational background needed to understand the process, the documents and understand the roles my clients (signing services, title, escrow, lender and realtors) - so I know what's important to you. And that's getting a thorough, complete signing that gets back on time!
