My training has equipped me with the knowledge to truly understand any document (Grant Deeds, PCORs, Notice of Right to Cancel, Certs. of Trust, etc.) I may come across and ensures that I will confidently be able to properly fill out all paperwork necessary. All documents I deal with are double checked to guarantee all signatures, initials, and dates are complete and properly filled out. I also guarantee that all documents will be returned in a timely manner as well as scanned and electronically sent.
