Minimum fee $75.00, e-docs are $125.00 min. I can receive & return all loan documents fed ex or ups. Appointments & prices agreed are to be paid even if a borrower is a no sign, or no show; deductions or reduced fee for any reason or errors are not tolerated unless all attempts to remedy or correct errors have been communicated and attempted. Agreed fee is to be noted on your e-mail confirmation.
