I have over twenty-years experience in reviewing real estate loan documents for foreclosures, personal and commercial loans transactions and some REO deals. I also have experience with DIL. I know how to conduct a loan signing and notarization of mortgage loan documents, the way lenders and borrowers expect. I am responsible and ethical - while safeguarding the consumer's privacy as required by law. I have completed closing for loan/mortgage documents, lines of credit and reverse mortgages. I also complete on-site inspections which includes up to 10 photos and I9s forms for employers.
