My name is Leonard Ermold and I recently just graduated with a MBA degree with a concentration in contracts and acquisitions. Though I have just become a notary, I have several family members and friends who are notaries. My sister owns a title company for which I have witnessed the notarization process for closings and my mother is in commercial real estate and I have witnessed the notarization of numerous documents in that area as well.
