I am a new Certified and Trained Notary Signing Agent but I am not new to following instructions, providing professional service, understanding my role in the transaction and taking responsibility and accountability for my shortcomings if they happen. I know how to reach out for help and get answers if needed. If I make a mistake, I understand that it is my responsibility to fix that mistake ASAP! I just recently retired from the military after 20 years and I am starting my second career. I have received training from the NNA to become a knowledgeable signing agent. In addition, I completed the Notary Essentials course along with the mandatory state notary training. Having a solid base of notary knowledge is imperative in this industry and I now have that. I am very professional in my attitude and appearance. I understand that being on time to the signing, reading instructions thoroughly beforehand, performing the signing in the correct manner and triple checking the documents for errors before sending them back is the standard for this industry and I bring all of that to the table when you select me to be your signing agent.
