I have worked in the legal field for 40 years in many areas of law. While working with a real estate investor/developer in South Florida, I honed my skills as a real estate paralegal and participated in the second largest purchase of land in Florida since Disney. I was working at that time with real estate attorneys, investor/developers, realtors, lenders, surveyors, remediators and title agents. I am also a real estate title closer for a South Florida title company, handling all areas of the process from receipt of contract, opening files, processing, use of Ramquest software, preparing legal documents for Buyers and Sellers, to closing and disbursing transactions.
