LaVern Bentz, founded North Central Florida Mobile Notary Services LLC in 2020 as a direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic offering the citizens of the north central region a mobile Notary capable of coming directly to their residences or businesses or where ever they might be, providing them a way of maintaining a normal quality of life as well as getting their documents legalized. He received his commission in September 2020 through the National Notary Association, where he also received his Licensed Signing Agent status. He is also certified on the I-9 forms and the Immigration File Specialist courses provided by the USCIS(US Customs and Immigration Services). We specialize in authenticating various legal documents and certifications (see our services section). We provide prompt mobile services directly to your home, office, hospital, long-term care facility, or even the courthouse (see our service area section). We also cover 26 counties in Northern Florida and Southern Georgia. He recently received the Marquis Who's Who in America recognition in 2021. He also has been recognized by the Veterans Business Development Council as a Veterans Owned Business in 2022. He was also awarded the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022, as well as an industry leader award in 2022 by Marquis Who's Who in America. He has also completed his certification as an Authorized Apostille Trusted Agent by the Lawrence Institute for Notaries in 2022. In 2023 he re-branded his company to Florida Apostille and Notary Services LLC.
