I can accept EDocs along with scan / email docs if needed. I also have all my Fedex & UPS shipping supplies for quick same-day returns. If required, I can hand deliver completed documents.

I have very reliable transportation and will travel up to a 50 mile radius of Tampa, FL. I will and can be available for contracts with 1-hour notice. I am available for signing offers 7-days per week at any hours the customer needs.
