I’m Alexis Rangel and my ultimate priority is to complete your loan documents above the standard level agreement. I thoroughly inspect all documents assigned to me and read all of the instructions provided in order to accurately complete each loan signing. Also I make sure that I:
ALWAYS correctly complete notarizations and in the presence of the clients(s)
ALWAYS arrive on time. If for some uncontrollable reason I’m late, I will make sure to contact the the client(s)
ALWAYS provide the client with a copy of their documents unless advised otherwise
ALWAYS provide scanbacks in a timely fashion when required.
ALWAYS make sure to ship documents the same day, unless appointment is completed after hours, those documents will be shipped out first thing the next morning. Documents are always physically handed to a UPS/Fedex employee
ALWAYS communicate clearly with title company/escrow

I make sure that I’m aware of the common errors other Notaries commit in order to complete what is asked of me at the highest standard. Also I make sure to:
NEVER rush or pressure the client(s) during the signing
NEVER offer my opinion or offer legal advice
NEVER send back a blank/incomplete document unless it has been discussed with title/escrow company
NEVER provide the client with an electronic copy of their documents unless instructed otherwise

I’m also fluent in Spanish.

I strive to provide the ultimate customer service. If for some reason I make a mistake, I will make sure to hold myself accountable and fix any issue immediately.
