I've been an IRS Enrolled Agent for the last 20 years, completing and electronically filing tax returns, and have expanded my services to notarizing loan documents. I've been a notary signing agent for over a year, have completed a loan signing training course and am certified with the National Notary Association. In addition, I have an Associate of Arts degree in real estate, a Bachelor of Science degree in business and a MBA degree in International Business. I'm also licensed as an Insurance Broker with the California Department of Insurance and am a Certified Payroll Professional.

In addition, I'm fully Covid vaccinated.
