Kay Wilson-Bolton has been a full-time real estate broker since 1976. Her clients rate her as: versatile, attentive and fair. She has a wide range of experience in property sales from mobile homes to ranch estates. She is a member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service as well as for Ojai Valley and Santa Barbara.
In 2015, was selected as one of three Champions of Home by the California Association of Realtors. She has a BS degree from Cal Poly Pomona and a BA from the Master’s College. She is also working on her master’s degree in biblical counseling. Her designations include: Masters GRI, SRES, CRS, ABR and SFR and others. She is a consistently top producing broker for REALTOR® for Century 21 Hometown Realty in Ventura County and manages a large property management company. She is a Chaplain serving Ventura County Fire Department in addition to serving as a pastoral counselor to Ventura County Jails. She serves on the Juvenile Justice Commission and the Behavioral Health Advisory Board and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster youth.
She served as Mayor for the City of Santa Paula, three times president of the Santa Clara Valley Boys and Girls Club, REALTOR® of the Year of the Ventura Association of REALTORS®, Board President for the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® and Ojai Valley Board of REALTORS®, member of Women's Legacy Council for the United Way and has received numerous awards for community service. She is a PEO and volunteer Director of the SPIRIT of Santa Paula®, a Non-Profit Corporation focusing in areas of unity and reconciliation in addition to serving the homeless and hungry families in Santa Paula, managing a weekly hot meal program and three food pantries. 805.340.5025
She is married to Howard Bolton who is a graphic artist and involved in prison ministry. They live a simple life in the same home they purchased in 1989—lost to foreclosure in 1992 and purchased back in 1998. They live with five rescued pets: three poodles, a cat and a mini sheep dog named Goodie. Their daughter Kathy died of a drug overdose in 2008.
