My profession has been legal secretarial and Notary Public with over 10 years experience and recently obtained Loan Signing Agent certification to expand my services into the real estate community. As a secretary working in international corporate firms I was required to become a Notary Public. I have knowledge in litigation, business and real estate law and learned to notarize loan documents. I am also bilingual in Spanish and I have notarized many documents for the Spanish speaking community. In past years I had signed many acknowledgments but the requirements are rapidly changing with immigration laws becoming stricter while recently I notarized a "Shared Legal Custody Authorization for a Minor traveling outside of the United States" and learned that the form must be written in English and Spanish. I am willing and able to start a mobile notary career and meet new people in the business. As a legal Secretary I am familiar with formatting of documents and I also provide transcription services. I have an excellent work ethic track record and will provide references.
