Well, that would be a career spanning from 1985 to the present, which includes 28-years as a professional in the mortgage industry. My mortgage career began as a Corporate Controller, where I acquired a deep knowledge of the requirements for a salable loan into the Secondary Markets. That knowledge, coupled with my former experiences as a high school educator, a CPA, a Financial Advisor, and yes, a Jazzercise instructor, I thrived as a top producing LO for 24 years. I simultaneously (for 12 of those years) served as a branch manager in a mortgage operation comprised of 40+ branches in the Pacific NW. Leading my team of 35+ employees as the #1 branch in dollar volume and in units the last 5 of my management years.

Pulling from ALL these experiences, gives me a unique skill set where I have designed a signing presentation tailored to your clients’ knowledge base of our overall industry. With both formal and experiential training to back me up, it is with confidence that I can say…I THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE IN, AND THE PURPOSE OF, EACH DOCUMENT IN A SIGNING PACKAGE. By pointing them to the exact section of the appropriate document, your clients will be armed with the knowledge to answer their own questions. This leaves them confident in their understanding of what they just signed. As a result, your hard work will be supported/validated, and your success of referrals and repeat clients will be further enhanced.

My Personal Life: I am a doting uncle to 70+ nieces and nephews over 3 generations. A Michigan Football season ticket holder and avid Wolverine, the Big House is a favorite venue of mine to build lasting life-long memories with them. GoBLUE!!!
