I have been a Notary Public for over 20 years, including loan signing. I’m a full-time Mobile Notary Public and experienced Loan Signing Agent NNA certified. Also, a member of the Loan Signing System mentorship program. I pride myself in providing accurate signings with excellent customer service, punctuality at the convenience of the customer. I'm proficient in a variety of loan types: Refinance, purchases, seller, HELOC, VA, Reverse, Modifications, Commercial, applications, grant deed and quit claim deed.
I am also experienced with; Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts/Wills, Affidavits, Permission for Minor to Travel with Accompany Adult(s), Jail / Detention Center Notarization, Advance Healthcare directive/ Medical Directive and other legal documents that require notarization. Visits to hospitals, nursing homes and senior residential communities.
I had been employed by one of the largest Banks/Mortgage companies in the country in several different positions over a number of years. I was a Foreclosure Liaison, Asset Manager and License Collateral Review Appraiser. I've also been a Sr. Loan Processor for other mortgage companies. I believe this experience gives me a well-rounded understanding as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. I service the following county’s Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego. Available days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
