I recently retired from local government where I worked full-time at the Placer County Sheriff’s Department, raised my children and worked part time as a notary signing agent. I was previously commissioned from 2003 – 2007. I worked for Charles Frost Signing Service, where I performed numerous loan signings. After my commission expired, I decided to take a hiatus from notary and focus on my career.

After retirement, I had been researching the idea of reactivating my notary commission. Fast forward to 2024. I have done my due diligence and set up my business plan.

I am commissioned (2485976), received my loaning certifications from National Notary Association (NNA) and Blueprint Notary, became a member of NNA. I am bonded and insured for E&O 100k. I have established my web domain; Sierrafoothillsnotary.com and currently finalizing my website. I have secured my Google business account as well as a secure email address [email protected]. My EIN (99-2108331), and supplies (dual tray laser printer, high speed scanner, laptop, secure office, as well as all notary supplies) and I have a reliable new vehicle.

I have lived in Placer County for 32 years, very familiar with the area. Finally, I have personally refinanced, purchased, sold and done HELOC’s on my own properties, so I am very familiar with the process, and I have been using my old loan documents to perform mock signings with my family members.
