My name is Carla Jean Neal and I live in Madera, CA. My partner is Stephen A. Smith and we work together at Neal's Mobile Notary Public. We serve primarily in Madera and Fresno Counties, and secondarily in Merced, Tulare, Kings, and Mariposa Counties (with advance scheduling to the further locations).
