I have been a notary public since September 2014. I am a NNA certified signing agent. Prior to this I was a real estate appraiser licensed here in California for 10 years. During this time I was also a home inspector. Currently I have not completed any loan signings, however, I have notarized "Power of Attorney" documents, along with other notarial acts where I traveled to the clients homes or places of business. I am very familiar with most areas within Los Angeles County as well as areas within Ventura County. The areas of coverage I prefer and are most familiar with are the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Simi Valley. My notary training was received at the National Notary Association site in Chatsworth California. I also attended Cal State Northridge University from 1972 to 1981. . Though English is my first language I can also converse in Spanish. Prior to becoming a Notary Public I was a licensed Real Estate Appraiser for approximately 10 years. I'm available Monday thru Saturday, with appointment times from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm
