I strive to give honest, ethical, professional, intelligent and highly responsive customer service.  I know that incomplete signings, and signings full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or just cause everyone involved expensive headaches.  That is why I don’t miss dates, initials, or signatures.  I will knowledgeably walk your borrower through all of the important documents.  I don’t shove paperwork at your clients and simply point.  I make sure that your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents.  

All documents will be filled properly and completely; whether it be the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, or the notice of right to cancel.  I don’t miss the top signature on the 1003. or the signature on the top of the second page of the FHA or VA loan application.  I package loans as well, because I recognize how important packaging is to the whole process.
