In 1994 my first commission as a notary public was issued. In the year 2000 i started my signing agent profession. Please know that i am a friendly, courteous certified signing agent. Each borrower is respected and treated with up-most priority and consideration. My years of experience as a certified signing agent, gives me the knowledge and confidence to guide each client through the signing process. My goal is to put the borrower at ease, answer their questions without giving legal advise, and complete the document signing. Documents are checked and rechecked to assure that notaries and signatures are completed. Finally, \ the loan package is returned the same day, or first thing next morning.I am experienced in new home purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage, home equity loans, commerical transactions, powers of attorney, and much more. Edocs are always welcome. Documents are printed on a lasar printer. A folder with a copy of the documents is provided to the borrower. I work in close contact with escrow and title officers, loan officers, lenders, brokers, attornies, insurance associates, hospital staff and the general public. My dress appearance is always professional. Additionally, i manage an office where i offer walk-in notary sevice and fingerprinting. My fees vary according to the demands of the loan package, and printing costs.       \ i grew up in the little town of exeter, california.
