I have been working with Real Estate closings over the last 8 years working side by side with a notary to complete the signing portion of the loans. The last year I was a loan processor for a large lending company and would be the first person to be called when a notary would have a question during the signing appointments. I am familiar with all types of Real Estate loans including the purchasing, selling and quit claim documents.
