In my more than two decades of experience NSA Management, LLC Principal, I have led community involvement as a leading community organizer for seniors and later a elected official. Throughout my career I ensured communities, small businesses, and the most vulnerable—our senior citizens—are valued stakeholders in projects affecting their neighborhoods. My particular focus being in areas of workforce development, public policy, senior services, and transportation. I played a vital role in pursuits totaling more than $5 billion in projects. A recognized policymaker, my successes earned me recognition by ​Los Angeles Sentential​, ​Los Angeles Wave​, Los Angeles Times, ​KJLH Radio,​ as well as numerous local and news media outlets.
My career includes successful tenures as a Surgical Nurse, Small Business Owner, Community Organizer, Special Events Coordinator, Council Member, and Board Member to several powerful boards. As an Organizer for Dickerson Community Lighted Schools Meals on Wheels Program, I was responsible for the welfare and feeding of over two million warm nutritionally well balanced meals to senior citizens that lived independently in the community. As a recognized public official, I oversaw a budget of more than $100 million while helping to manage citywide outreach, redevelopment, road repair, and business development. I served as a board member to California Joint Powers Authority, Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County (District 1), Metropolitan Water District, Southern California Gateway Cities, 710 oversight committee, and Los Angeles County Mosquito Abatement District.
