I carry a 1M E&O and 500K General Liability to work Directly with Title and Escrow, am TRID compliant and Certified with top Title Companies, follow guidelines for NPPI for clients and am mobile and will travel or can meet you at my Southbay area office location to sign documents. My base area is Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach and I travel from Santa Monica to Long Beach and into the Westside and Los Angeles areas. I am professional, prompt, personable, a non smoker as well as pet friendly. My hours and travel range is flexible to accommodate schedules. I am able to laser print documents letter and legal size, scan to e-mail, fax and return docs FedEx, UPS same day if time permits. I accept assignment calls 7 days a week.
