Hello! I am a commissioned Notary in the State of California and Certified Loan Signing Agent servicing Sacramento and the greater Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba Counties. I am bonded and insured (25k E&O Insurance) as well as have a current background check and am a member of The National Notary Association. My training comes from the NNA as well as The Loan Signing System; both of which are accredited training courses.

Being a Loan Signing Agent has allowed me to meet tons of wonderful people and I am honored each time I am apart of such positive events in peoples lives. I am also a cetified Realtor and have worked for a few mortgage companies so I understand the paperwork and the terms for these contracts.

I am also available for general Notary Work! Estate Planning, Trust, Wills, Mortgage & Loan Docs, Investments, Power of Attorneys, Deeds, Employment Contracts, Legal Affidavits, Passport Applications, Banking Forms...anything you need notarized, I am available and happy to help. Notarizations are $15.00 per signature per CA Secretary of State. A travel fee will be applied depending on your location. I can come to your home, your place of employment or a general coffee shop. Whatever is convenient for you! My goal is to make this easy for you!
