I have been a notary since 1998 and have accommodated 1000's of closings. Before the down turn of the market in 2006, I was the in-house notary for Stewart Title in Riverside, CA. I have worked as a loan officer for Norwest Mtg and Wells Fargo originating retail home loans. I am very familiar with all loan types, purchases, refi's, reverse mtg docs and applications, seller packages and electronic signings.

I was employed by a signing service as a Closing Coordinator, assigning notaries nationwide to orders and also the In-House Notary trainer.
