I'm a U.S. Navy Veteran. I am NNA certified and have had extensive Loan Signing training. I am detailed oriented when going over documents to make sure that clients don't miss signatures, dates, and initials. I take care of triple checking documents before I leave a client to correct any mistakes before returning documentation.
If there is a mistake that somehow slips by, I will stop what I am doing to correct it ASAP.
I know how important it is and the time sensitivity on documents, so I will promptly return documents as early as possible. I know the locations of all the local FedEx drops and I also have a scanner for scan backs.
