I have been a notary public for the state of Maryland, serving Baltimore City and the surrounding counties for over 2 years. This is my first year as a, full-time, Notary Signing Agent. Thus far, I have conducted buyer, seller, loan mods, reverse mortgage, refinance and heloc closings. I have also conducted loan apps as well as Partial Claims. As an NSA I am passionate about my work and strive to do all tasks in excellence, paying close attention to detail. I am able to scan back docs in a timely manner, as well as ship docs on time.
