I have worked for and been trained by a top Title Company for two years where I have extensive experience with: Acts of Sale, any and all mortgage documents, Promissory Notes, Refinances, Subordination of Minor’s Mortgage, Tutorship, Successions, Acts of Donation, Quit Claim Deeds, Bond for Deed, Power of Attorney, Certificate of Authority, & Curative Work.
