I am a Certified Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association. I have been a Notary since 2004 and a certified Notary/signing agent since 2017. I have also been a realtor for 12+ years. When we moved in 2014 I put my license as inactive as my Broker decided to retire. Even though I have put my realtor license as inactive , I have paid my dues and fees as to maintain my license in good standings. I have ample experience in contracts and have taken continuing education classes to stay up to date on all aspects of the real estate laws and regulations. I have also taken classes provided by closing companies to help me better understand reverse mortgage documents and I will continue to take classes when ever they are suggested or provided. I am fidelity approved. I will travel the whole state of Wyoming and am also licensed in the state Montana. I am available from 7:00am until 8:00pm every day. I can accommodate any time earlier or later. I have completed more than 500 closings since the start of 2020. I drive a 2014 GMC 4x4 pick-up so I am able to get to my signing no matter the location.
