I recently received my license to be a Notary Signing Agent in Washington. Although new to this industry, I have a real estate background. Therefore, I will treat every signing professionally, promptly, and respectfully.

I look forward to working with new clients while bringing top-notch service and meeting critical deadlines. I am willing to travel within a 40-mile radius of Vancouver, WA. However, the further out, the more I will charge. I have a minimum amount per signing of 120.00. I am sorry, but I won't be accepting signings for less. It is time, travel, and office expenses.

Please give at least 12 hours' notice before signing. This allows me to prepare for clients.
