I have been a Certified Notary Public since 2003 in multiple states to include Missouri, Florida, California and now, Washington.
I have taken, and passed, the tests to become a CSA (Certified Signing Agent) through The Learning Center and a NSA (Notary Signing Agent) through the National Notary Association.
I have also taken the course(s) to become certified with the Pavaso system.
I am a full time Notary Public working Mon-Fri 7am-9pm and Sat 7am-12n though I can be flexible if needed.
For the public/s protection, I am Bonded and, carry Errors and Omissions Insurance through 2024.
I am well versed in re-fi, new purchase and reverse mortgages.
