Besides having completed multiple signings, I have indulged in the real estate industry for more than 15 years where I have personally experienced the necessary steps for completion of documentation for Home Loans, Refinance, HELOC and other types of loans. I understand the anxiety and time factor involved during the loan signing process for a customer.
I am available for same day signing appointments or appointments booked in advance.
I am tertiary qualified and also hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute from my days as a Senior Project Director for complex projects. I treat each signing assignment as a project.
