I have been doing signings for over two years. Most are refinances and loan modifications done in the clients home or at a bank. I will do closings in King and Snohomish Counties up to 20 miles from my home. The cities are Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Redmond, Kirkland, Everett, Monroe, Woodinville, Bothell. I do not do any that require a ferry ride due to the cost of the ferry. I am on the White Glove list with First American Signature Services which is the company I do most of my closings for; however, I have also done closings for a few other companies. I have a full-time job where I work 4am until noon so my closings are all done in the afternoon, early evenings and anytime on weekends.
