Ashley Reppert owner and operator of Summit Line Signing Services is based out of Utah. Ashley is an LSS certified Notary Signing Agent and an NNA Certified and Commissioned Notary Public. Ashley works out of a mobile and home office and proudly services the counties of Summit, Wasatch, Morgan, Salt Lake, and surrounding areas.

Here at Summit Line Signing, staying up to date with Utah State law is priority as well as knowledge of Lender and Title/ Escrow documents. This is why Ashley ensures that documents such as PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, Certificates of Trust, Statements of Information, etc. are all filled out, signed/dated/initialed, and notarized as needed. If there is ever a question or a unfamiliar document that arises at a closing, Ashley is proactive in communicating with the contracting company on the appropriate steps it will take to get this document completed.
