I have been a Legal Assistant for 30 years. I am currently employed by Cotton & Cotton, Attorneys at Law, in Snyder, Texas, and have been employed there the last 21 years. My Attorney, David Cotton, also owns the only title company in town, Snyder Abstract & Title Co., Inc., in which I am responsible for preparation of all of legal documents required for real estate closings, including all deeds, affidavits, releases, loan documents, etc. I am very familiar with real estate closings; loan documents; disclosures; home equity, reverse mortgage, and refinance transactions; and, treat all transactions with complete professionalism and confidentiality.
