Dianna L. Hanson is a double major 1994 graduate of East Texas State University in Pre-Law with a Paralegal Emphasis and English.
While working on her degree, she worked as a substitute teacher for Sulphur Springs I.S.D. and various heavy litigation attorneys in Sulphur Springs and Quitman, Texas. Her last paralegal employment was with Faires & Garrett, City, and Assistant City Attorneys of Commerce, Texas.
From November 1996 until August 2000, she opened and ran Flyer Computers Sales & Training in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She taught many office skills, Microsoft Office, and computer literacy classes. During that time, students from the high school technology center would work at her store for school credit hours after their morning classes.
The door opened for her to become a part-time Notary to move to Plano, Texas, and then work full-time with another move to Mobile, Alabama, as a Certified Notary Signing Agent. She has been back in Texas since April 2007, which took her to Fort Worth, Texas, where she has been self-employed as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and a Notary/Signing Agent Mentor.
She is also the owner and CEO of BNC Acquisitions, LLC, a real estate investing company in Texas, while working independently as a notary public and signing agent, Airbnb Host Coach, and ACN Associate.
As a private investor doing hard money loans, fix & flips: passive and hands-on situations, and long and short term rentals, she is a co-owner of LazeIt, LLC, a Self-Direct IRA; EML 401K Trust (Solo), and DeDe Financials, LLC, a Self-Direct ROTH.
In March 2017, Dianna joined the DFW REIA and then, in July 2017, Fortune Builders - Mastery to help further her education and networking in real estate investments. In the "Immersion" training, a group of folks formed the Texas Neighborhood Revitalization Committee. She serves as a founding member, volunteer secretary, and independent contracting signing agent or involved in investment deals.
Dianna is also very involved at her place of worship and within her community with the Fort Worth Community Food Bank and Vintage Flying Museum in Fort Worth, Texas, since 2007.
She has also been known to mentor and help train notaries. During the last few years, Dianna has been a volunteer as one of the NNA Ambassadors.
Dianna enjoys what she does because it serves others in a positive role and gives back to those who have helped her.
