I have been a mobile notary since February 2009. I am RON certified and NNA/Pavaso certified and carry E&O insurance. I have notarial field experience along with inter-office experience with -QC'ing/stacking docs - Scheduling and answering phones from field notary questions and needs.

I am NNA/ Pavaso Certified with extensive mobile internet computer transactional training/experience. I have notarized all types of documents including: Deeds for new homes, first and second mort, refinance mortgages, new homes, Cash Outs, fixed equity HELOCS, FHA’s, balloon loans, reverse mortgages, construction loans, investment property loans. I also am experienced with Subpoena’s, Affidavits, Power of Attorneys, Trusts, Will, Bills of Sales, Passport documentation. I have availability to “brick and mortar” Title and/or Law offices for transactions that requires this need. This service does require a $50 - $75 courtesy desk fee depending on market area.
