I am well versed and educated on Refinance, Loan Modifications, Sellers & Buyers Packages and many other real-estate documents like Texas HELOC and Cash-Out signings. I have my own office space in Flower Mound to comfortably complete signings for clients and I have also partnered with my Attorney to facilitate Texas HELOC/Cash-Out signings as well. I do come equipped with over $100,000 E&O insurance plus a surety bond and I am ready to provide clients with accurate and efficient service. I am available Monday-Sunday from 8am-5pm which also includes afterhours and Holidays.
