I am a well respected, multiple business owner in Houston, TX in the Galleria area and I have been for over 30 years. I have performed notary work for new home closings (seller/buyer), reverse mortgage, refinance, cash out, hospital document signings, adoptions, wills, POAs, etc. I am available 7 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm.
I have several law firms that will allow me to use their offices for a fee if this is necessary to complete a signing. They are located in the Galleria area.
I am willing to discuss your requirements if they are unusual, such as travel, photographing sites for verification of construction improvements or present conditions, etc.
I am an official photographer for the International Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and take photos of all of the functions through out the year.
