To ensure great Customer Service we will:
- arrive to appointments on time and will contact the signer if running late.
- will not print docs double-sided.
- will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the docs.
- will scanback as requested.
- will drop docs on time for next day delivery for all closing finished by 4pm.
- will not rush or pressure the signers to sign or provide legal advise.
- will notarize at the signing.
- will notarize only if we witness the signer signing the documents.
