I am a Notary with more than 30 years experience. I am Certified through NNA for both Reverse and traditional loan signing. My background is predominately in the Mortgage, Residential, Commercial and Reverse Mortgage origination, underwriting, processing and servicing of consumer and commercial real estate related loans. I was President of a Mortgage company conducting all facets of the business from origination, management to compliance. My firm received the highest rating for compliance that the State of Texas gives. I originated portfolio ,secondary market including FHA and VA loan. I have been a Compliance Officer responsible for the audit of all Mortgage related products, State and Federal Regulations for a large bank. I was the SAFE Act Officer and reviewed, entered and submitted the HMDA annual report for the Large Size bank for which I worked. I have prepared and conducted in house training. I worked for a local Real Estate Licensing Preparation School. I have my Real Estate Broker License and maintain my MCE coures that keeps me up to date on updates both State and Federal.
