I have been a notary for almost a year now but prior to being a notary I was an Escrow Officer and Closing Agent for 2 title companies over the past 4 years. I have seen many mistakes that are made by notaries in regards to loan packages and this is why I have decided to become a notary for loan closings as I have learned there is a LARGE need for experienced loan closer who are notaries and who know what it takes to fund a loan. My co-worker and I have opened up our own notary service here in TX and we currently serve all of Central Texas, mainly the Austin area but will be expanding to all of Texas in the next couple of months.
