I have experience as a Notary Public for 5+ years. I maintain the appropriate notary bond ($10,000) and E&O insurance ($25,000) as well as keep an active Notary commission. I have completed over 100+ loan closings and am NNA Certified/ Background Screened.

I have experience with document, medical record and billing record retrieval. I also am familiar with affidavit signings and communicating with the Custodian of Records. Loan signing experience includes depositions, refinances, purchases, cash deals, modifications, reverse mortgage, Auto Loans, Legal & Medical Documents, Hybrids, and more. I perform notarizations and loan signings throughout the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.
